I can't count the number of times I've read (and quoted) this book to my children. It's a firm favourite- look out for the rhyme flickers and knickers... it's pure, unadulterated genius. Recommended for children aged 8- 108. Accompanies the writing activities suggested in my blog, 'Using traditional tales.'
