I felt confidence in Kelly, as a tutor, from our first phone call together. She clearly demonstrated a passion for what she does and wants every child to succeed as if they were her own. Kelly quickly built up a good rapport with myself and my son. After each session my son's confidence and positive attitude towards his goal were always restored. Throughout the week Kelly kept in regular contact via email and she was always at the end of the phone if I needed her. I will definitely be returning to Kelly when my younger children are older because she is brilliant.
