I have two children who have been tutored by Kelly. My eldest got a place in Ermysted's and is currently in Year 8 and Kelly's rigorous tutoring programme didn't put me off a second experience with my younger son. At only just turned 10 he sat the 11+ in September and we've just found out too that he reached the required standard for Ermysted's. (We didn't sit for North Halifax because we live in Skipton) Kelly's tutoring programme isn't for the faint hearted... there is a reason that her pass rates are so high however that being said, we felt exceptionally supported every step of the way. Her curriculum is meticulously designed to teach children everything they need with lots of opportunities for recapping and embedding knowledge which gives children the best possible chance. Not only has my youngest achieved the required standard for the 11+, he's also already working at greater depth in practice SATs papers at the beginning of Year 6. This is all down to Kelly's tutoring. Homework is perfectly tailored to exactly what children need and Kelly sends comprehensive support and timetables to help manage this in a busy family life. Above everything else, Kelly has made my children love learning again. Both boys have different learning challenges (one being dyslexia and the other being 11 months and 2 weeks younger than some peers in the same age group), Kelly's invaluable support has been paramount in them achieving what they have and I will be forever grateful. If you are looking for a tutor that is worth her weight in gold then you absolutely need Kelly!
