Finding the area of a triangle. Year 5. Week beginning 24.06.24

Hello and welcome to this week's blog, 'Finding the area of triangles.'

To find the area of a triangle, either do base x height divided by 2 OR 1/2 the base x the height- whichever is easiest. Remember- either number can be the 'base' so halve the one that doesn't give you a decimal to multiply.

It's only a little target but it's worth remembering!
