Week beginning 30th September. Time for our words of the week!

Hello and welcome to 'Words of the Week.' These are a weekly collection of words that will help in both your VR and English. Your first job is to put these words into your word journals and then write what they mean (if you don't know, you can always ask Google). 

Words to help in next week's tests: mild, harsh, sheer, intense, weedy, benign, retreat, candid, elevate, portable, descend, seldom, diminish.

Time words: millennium, twilight, decade, solstice, fortnight, lunar, sundial, permanent, chronological, analogue, annual, jubilee, premature, temporary, epoch, tempo, synchronised, punctual. Please also complete the quiz and wordsearch to help you with these words.
