Year 5 spellings revision, week beginning 7th July.

Hello again. Because you had so much fun with last week's 'i before e' task, this week we are looking at the 'ough' spelling. It's a funny one because it can be pronounced in different ways, this causes confusion and is one of the reasons it's tested to extensively in our 11+ exams!

Remember, you don't learn something by just copying it into your log and then forgetting it. Look at the words every day, have someone test you and keep revising the ones you find tricky!
